as strengthen the university\u2019s research and testing capacity, National Dong Hwa University established the Technical Service Center (TSC) by integrating internal core facilities and related service resources.\n\nThe Center consists of the Center for Instrumentation, the Eastern Taiwan Center for Pesticide and Toxic Substance Analysis (CPTSA), the Certification Center (CC), the ESG Office, the Carbon Neutral Research Center (CNRC), and the Social Responsibility Action Center (SRAC).\n\nAt present, TSC is progressively establishing comprehensive operational regulations to encourage and support more university units to participate in academia\u2013industry collaboration, fulfill university social responsibility (USR), enhance the institution\u2019s image, and increase
